So i’m just curious if the VISUALS of minefields are representative of the ACTUAL radius of the minefield? Based on wiki the first level minefields should have a radius of 3 light years and while i don’t have a measure tool in game thus there is some slop in measuring as best you can do is start from one point looking at coordinates and track too end point. If i didn’t screw it up it appears that the mine radius actually extends past the visuals displayed.
I’ve never measured it but the edges are not easily visible even with detection. You have to check where the edges end.

You have to literally move the curser until you don’t get a reading any longer.
